Emma Hamilton Dancing

Born in Thomasville, Georgia in 1893, Fletcher J. Bryant earned a BA from Talladega College in 1915. He attended Yale Divinity School from 1916 to 1917, but received a bachelor of divinity degree from Howard University in 1917. Sources indicate Bryant next attended Oberlin College. He may have served as a pastor at a number of Southern and Midwestern churches. In 1942, he was living and employed as a pastor in Shreveport, Louisiana. In 1964, he was pastoring at a Methodist church in West Philadelphia. Bryant died in Philadelphia in 1977.
