Publication & Prejudice
Credits
Publication and Prejudice was curated by Emma Brodey ’21 for the Student Research at YUL exhibit project. She was advised by Nancy Kuhl, Curator of Poetry in the Yale Collection of American Literature at the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library. The exhibit is indebted to many mentors and sources including the 2019 Jane Austen Summer Program, “Pride and Prejudice & its Afterlives,” as well as Janine Barchas’s recent book The Lost Books of Jane Austen. The original course paper was written for Richard Rose’s College Seminar “Art of the Printed Word.”
Planning for this exhibit was managed by Kerri Sancomb, Library Exhibits Program Manager and Sarah Davis, Library Exhibits Technician. This online exhibit was created by Sarah Davis.
