George Robinson Henderson

Biography
Born in New York around 1851, George Robinson Henderson earned his AB from Lincoln University. He then entered the medical program there. When Lincoln suspended medical instruction in 1874, he transferred to Yale. After graduation, Henderson returned to New York to practice medicine. In 1888, he moved to Brooklyn. Henderson died in 1896 at the age of 45 in Brooklyn from an accidental overdose of morphine taken for pain relief.
